This Agreement governs the purchase of digital tokens and subscriptions
This Payment Agreement ("Agreement") governs the purchase of digital tokens and subscription plans ("Services") provided through the AI-based platform operated by Mekanone LLC, a company registered in Georgia. By completing a purchase, the user ("Customer") agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
Tokens grant the Customer the right to access certain AI features or usage volumes on the platform.
Subscriptions provide time-based access to advanced or unlimited features for the selected billing period.
All Services are digital and delivered instantly after successful payment.
Prices for tokens and subscription plans are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
The Company reserves the right to change pricing at any time; changes do not affect already completed purchases.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
By purchasing, the Customer confirms that:
a) the provided payment information is valid and authorized, and
b) they are legally capable of completing such transactions.
Upon successful payment, tokens or subscription activation are delivered automatically to the Customer's account. If an issue occurs, the Customer must contact support within 24–48 hours.
Because tokens and subscriptions are digital and instantly delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable Georgian law or in cases of technical failure directly caused by the Company.
The Customer agrees not to misuse tokens or subscriptions, including attempts to:
manipulate platform performance,
resell tokens,
engage in fraudulent activity.
Violation may lead to account suspension.
The Company is not liable for:
user-side technical problems,
account misuse by third parties due to weak passwords,
service interruptions caused by external factors.
Total liability cannot exceed the amount paid by the Customer.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Georgian legislation through the appropriate courts or dispute resolution mechanisms.
By completing a purchase, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Payment Agreement.
